1. Don't take your Medicine with Cold Water :
Actually there are several reasons for this but there is no specific reason for taking tablet with cold/ hot water. The solubility of tablet in hot water increases little bit compare to cold water. So we get relief faster when we take medicine with warm water.
2. Don't eat Heavy Meals after 5 pm :
To reduce Obesity and cholesterol problem Doctor's suggested to take light food at evening and Supper times and if you take heavy food it takes more time to digest and we don't work at night times so fat is stored in unwanted places in our body.
3. Drink More Water in Morning, Less at night :

5. Don't lie down immediately after taking meal :

6. Answer Phone Calls from Left Ear :
